Can I use DXL to add/remove linksets?

Is it possible via DXL to add/remove a linkset?
I am tasked with updating the links from one software version to another.
I have a script written to update the links, but do not have one for updating the linksets.

Currently, I open up the module in exclusive edit mode, then File > Module Properties > Linksets, click on Add, fill in Target Module, LInk Module properties, then select the Mandatory checkbox, close the properties, run my link script, then go back into File > Module Properties > Linksets, remove the original linkset.

Does one exist for this purpose?

Thank you.

Although that module properties tab is labeled "linkset" it really is not; it is about "Linkset Descriptors" or "Default Link Modules". In the DXL manual these are called "LinkModuleDescriptors" LMDs.

I think you are saying: Module A links to S1 and you want to create a duplicate and link A to new S2.

Strangely, LMDs are actually stored in the source module's folder. So you would create a new LMD in the source "Folder".
